Job Description

• Work with the outsourcing partner and review codes and make sure they match to coding standard.
• Supervisor quality of outsourcing product to make sure its functions meet requirements and control source code from outsourcing partner.
• Research new technology to apply for existing system. Build reports base on the requirement of others departments.
• Continuously suggest advanced technical solutions you want to try to make this product best
• Work with product owner/BA/Manager very closely to make sure each other opinions are aligned
• Lead planning meeting in every sprint with project manager
• Analyze user stories and break down them to tasks together with your developers
• Hand-on development of features through architect, design, and implementation.
• Code yourself, perform code review and code optimization for maximizing system performance.
• Grow and coach technical team members.

Job Requirements

1. 1 to 3+ years of hands-on software development experience in Java or PHP or ASP.NET.
   
2. Proficiency in all J2EE technologies including servlets, JSP, JSP custom tags, XML, EJB and JDBC.
3. Expertise in object oriented analysis and design concepts and design patterns. – Excellent skills in web development technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
   
4. Solid implementation experience and knowledge of front-end concepts like MVC.
   
5. Strong of SQL and experience working with a RDBMS like Oracle.
   
6. Experience working in a UNIX and/or LINUX environment.
   
7. Good understanding of how web applications work including knowledge of the HTTP protocol, request/response cycles and session management.
