Job Description
- Based on the needs of the assigned project, being able to conduct qualitative research (face-to-face/ online/ via phone/ desk research) to find out insights/ trends/ needs, which will lead to the direction of the project
- Become an expert in Influencer Marketing’s solutions for businesses of all sizes and adapt recommendations quickly to suit varying client needs
- Develop and implement conceptual framework to cooperate with the whole team (Account/ Creative/ Talent)
- Then being able to lead effective brainstorming session with other teams (normally Account/ Creative/ Talent team) to create ideas for the project
- Being able to write proposal for the assigned (with the involvement, support from design and account team for the execution part: design, location, HR, timeline, KPIs…)
- Being able to conduct presentation to internal & external
- Pulling and analyzing research requests using Google Analytics, etc.
Job Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of working experience or major in Marketing
- Excellent in both spoken & written English
- Strong leadership & ownership of the tasks assigned
- Good in writing proposal & presentation
- Good understanding of art & creative works
- Good to have experiences in using Data Management Platfor
- An impressive conceptual outlook, content creativity and ability to produce original ideas
- Multiple disciplines embracing the various roles required throughout a project
- Strong experience in relevant fields
- Knowledge of marketing practices
- Motivation and the desire to execute every job to the highest standard
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to think laterally and literally
- The ability to evaluate the ideas, content, plan from team
- Insightful, the ability to see the big picture and think outside of the box
