TALENT RECRUITMENT, TRAINING, EVALUATION AND DEVELOPMENT
Collaborate with Human Resource department for HR recruitment-and-retention- related procedures:
- Quality control tests to ensure the organization standards being met
- Documents building, and interview and candidate selection,
- New staff on-boarding, schedules and training
- Staffing programs & KPIs to attract and retain the highest caliber of talent
Create and conduct environment and policy for staff training and talent development,
Create and conduct employee’s evaluation,
Conduct training session for the whole company on the expertise-related topics.
DAILY OPERATION AND QUALITY MANAGEMENT
Build, train and facilitate working process to enhance productivity
Allocate task, set expectations and KPIs, and monitor team’s performance,
Provide guidance and make improvements where and when needed
Encourage a positive, creative and collaborative work environment and culture for all employees,
Ensure compliance with company and industry policies and procedures,
Supervise planning process and examine the proposal,
Deliver strategic consultancy to teams and clients,
Align with other departmental heads to operate company business,
Identify, evaluate and manage strategic risks and opportunities.
COMPANY BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Assist MD and CEO in business and product strategy
Get involved in long-term business planning at the managerial and executive level,
Analyse the performance of other functions at company and group levels to make evaluation and recommendations for improvement,
Build annual HR and financial plan in accordance with company business plan,
Maintain fruitful relationships with current clients and establish good relationships with new ones,
Be company and group business representative.

Proven 7-year experience in communication industry, 5-year experience in leadership role, at least 4 years in PR agency,
Solid grounding in research and behavioral analysis including both primary/secondary and qualitative/quantitative research methodologies.
Able to develop strategies for multiple channels, with a practical understanding of the technologies, tactics and data leveraged to achieve these strategies.
A critical thinker, and able to distill a lot of information into cohesive strategies and recommendations.
Experience with customer experience planning, customer journey mapping and segmentation.
A polished, persuasive, and strategic communicator – both written and verbal/presentation.
Advanced organizational leadership skills
Strong analytical skills.
Ability to evaluate the ideas, content, plan from team
People-oriented and budget-focused mind-set
Problem-solving abilities that adapt to a variety of situations
