DUTIES:
COMMUNICATION PLANNING AND STRATEGY
• Determine the branding and communication tasks for each campaign and write task briefs including guiding messaging and execution tailored for each channel
• In strategy approach, identify big picture vision for clients to meet their business objectives
• Read and analyze campaign metrics and leverage insights from data to improve comms effectiveness
• Responsible for demonstrating an understanding of consumer behaviors, and a working knowledge of media relevant to the client’s business including TV, digital, social, experiential, print, OOH, and search
• Showcase an understanding of digital, social and emerging platforms and technologies
• Work closely with Creative and Media leads to ensure our creative ideas make most effective use of an integrated mix of owned, earned and paid channels, and are deployed via innovative, targeted media and technology
• Work with accounts to identify opportunities to offer more services for current clients
DIRECTLY WORK AND CONSULT FOR CLIENTS
• Participate in important meetings with clients (brief and presentation days)
• Clarify client brief by understanding client’s needs, identifying business objectives, challenges and opportunities to tap in through good and smart questions in the briefing day. Also need to manage client’s expectation and deliverables
• On presentation day, support team members to get approval from the client for strategy approach and creative ideas
LEADERSHIP AND TEAM DEVELOPMENT
• Train and guide team members to grow and nurture team environment/culture
• Responsible for constructing and delivering high-quality, accurate, on-time performance management
• Manage team resources and workload to work effectively to deliver multi projects at the same time
REQUIREMENTS:
• 3+ years hands-on experience in strategic planning
• Very strong analytical and logical skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven leadership skills and management experience
• Balance ability to perform analytically and creatively
• Intuitive and analytical approach to problem solving
• Ability to multi-tasks: working on multiple projects and change direction quickly
• Ability to organize people, projects and information
• Deep understanding about communication/branding, digital marketing & social media platforms
• Excellent in English, both verbal and written communication
• Flexible in working independently and as a team, determined
• Ability to work under-pressure environment
