Job Description

  • Work with content and account team to identify seeding channel, KOLs, time to post message and create social media reports
  • Create, plan and execute social media campaigns using different platforms such as Facebook, Youtube, ect
  • Build relationship and deal with fanpage and forum ads about services and cost
  • Monitor and manage status of messages effectiveness in comparison with brand’s effect of client’s competitor(s)
  • Daily check statistic: likes and comments, and use tactics to boost marketing viral impact, and/or lessen negative impact
  • Prepare and provide statistical reports of clients and update database of social media channels, KOLs and so on in a timely manner
  • Analyze reports from time to time to enhance effectiveness of seeding and social marketing
  • Plan and advise suitable tools/content for social media for campaign
  • Give advice or consult for account and content teams about solutions for viral and community marketing effectiveness, content and campaign opportunities and pitfalls
  • Get feedbacks and evaluation from account team and clients to enhance social media services. Comply to standard working process with defined project working plan, communication, feedback and reporting rules.

Knowledge & experiences

  • BA degree, major in journalism or languages or marketing
  • General social awareness about but not limited to economy growth, consumers, culture, ect.
  • Proficiency in English (intermediate)
  • Able to differentiate impact of diversified channels, strength and weaknesses of each one
  • Demonstrable passion for social media and community management
  • Have knowledge about social media trend, digital marketing landscape at large, fan page, forum and other social media channel management and tactics
  • Track record of increasing reach and engagement through individual leadership and management of social media accounts
  • Established social media and community management background including a proven experience of up around 1-2 years managing the day to day operation of a major brand social media account across different platforms
