- Be the trusted go-to person within the agency to advocate for best practices of Media buying and optimization across platforms, new Media buying solutions to maximize Media effectiveness and efficiency.
- Experience the new mindset of Media activation in which Media plays a vital role in facilitating intimate connection between brand and consumers along the connected consumer journey.
- Use Media expertise to partake and reinforce the agency’s core competency in commerce; in specific, Media is expected to play a vital role in fulfilling lower Marketing funnel and have direct impact on conversion game across a diversified mix of clientele.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:
- Thorough understanding of ad platforms, such as Google SEM, GDN, Youtube ad, Facebook ad, App campaign, Direct media buys. Hands-on experience on Tiktok ad, LinkedIn ad, Onsite E-commerce, Programmatic is a plus.
- Have strong experience with the ability to make actionable recommendations based on data withdrawn from Google Analytics and various ad tracking platforms.
- Able to deploy practical application of 1st, 2nd, 3rd party data for Media targeting, re-targeting, look-alike, exclusion purposes.
- Work with Media planning function to identify best Media buying practices and optimal targeting solutions that deliver client’s requirements in the best feasible way.
- Deploy implementation plans, set up, monitor, optimize, deliver, and report of campaigns across mentioned
- Ensure campaigns are tracked and measured based on agreed KPIs and Media efficiencies.
- Have a strong connection with platform representatives/ platform owners to proactively troubleshoot any unexpected issues arisen during campaign deployment.
- Be a team player and work well with all members of the team to ensure a positive and energetic team spirit.
- Candidates should have round 7 years of experience working in a wide spectrum of Performance Media
- Media deployment and optimization to connect with consumers, motivate them to act and move along the consumer journey in a personalized/ hyper-precision approach, leveraging advanced targeting solutions, insights, and knowledge of popular biddable media (Google, Facebook, Tiktok, LinkedIn, Onsite E-commerce) & direct media buys as well.
- Understanding of fundamental operational rigor behind any media activation, hands-on experience of Programmatic platforms would be a plus.
