As the Senior Digital Planning Manager you will work closely with the Business Director & Functional Leads to deliver the best in class product. You will also be leading a team and therefore prior experience of managing teams is preferred. In this role you will be responsible for crafting robust digital recommendations based on the business, marketing and communication objectives for a brand or campaign.


  • Client Leadership – Client Partner
    • Partnering with the marketing teams and driving all media led conversations
    • Leading and owning all client requirements on a regular basis thereby ensuring best service quality levels
    • Understanding and decrypting the client’s business & marketing needs with clear rationale and foundation
    • Actively participating in brand workshops and leading proposals for the brands or campaigns
  • Digital & Strategic Excellence – Digital & Strategy Specialist
    • Bringing best in class solutions across all digital marketing domains
    • Actively participating in scaling up digital transformation through innovative and breakthrough recommendations
    • Extracting out the right solutions, products and services from all digital stakeholders for the client
    • Devising and adapting strategy based on market landscape, consumer behavior & competitive heat
  • Team Management – Inspiring Leader & Team Player
    • Supervising a team of young, bright & aspiring media professionals by pioneering thought leadership
    • Leading and motivating the team to deliver on all media deliverables such as campaign management, strategic proposals and campaign learnings
    • Mentoring, inspiring & training the team by acting as a catalyst in catapulting their professional growth
    • Understanding & leveraging the expertise of functional leads and business leads to drive the best for the clients

Education, Skills, and Experience 

  • Thriving for excellence and seeking for accelerated career growth
  • Have led/leading a media team to deliver the marketing objectives for a brand in Vietnam
  • Possess thorough knowledge of the current digital landscape as well as emerging trends locally, regionally & globally
  • Strategic understanding of business, marketing and media
  • Ability to translate and stitch thoughts into robust proposals and recommendations
  • Strong experience & knowledge of media across processes – planning, execution & reporting
  • High level digital platform understanding – Facebook, Google & other media partners
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent tertiary qualification in the relevant field
  • Ideal relevant experience – 6 to 8 years
