A senior copywriter will have a proven track record as a copywriter, with a deep understanding and ability to generate immaculate copy for every brief. Willing to help junior copywriters to improve their skills. Working alongside Art Directors and Designers to fully create innovative ideas.
- Developing creative ideas and concepts, often in partnership with other members of creative team
- Presenting ideas to colleagues and clients
- Amending, revising or redeveloping adverts or campaigns in response to feedback from the creative director, account team or clients.
- Overseeing campaigns through the production stage to completion.
- Supervise team memeber’s work and offer creative ideas to encourage others to share
- Manage multiple projects, with the ability to switch from one to the other seamlessly
- Acts as a go-to person for cross-functional team(s), collaborate effectively with Art, Account team, etc.
- Creative Work: Building full creative campaign (video script, social plan, activation, etc)
- Management: 2-3 projects at the same time
- Building team: managing 2-3 Junior Copywriters successfully
- Ability to work in conceptual thinking, wide knowledge, creative in making up new ideas
- Valued for writing flexibility, conceptual/visual thinking and sense of strategy.
