Job Description
To build one business unit and manage relationships with key accounts in order to bring revenue for Company
Expand new clients, manage important customer networks
Key Responsibility:
1.Project Management:
Daily manage project, billing, and QC internal & external work
Evaluate during & post-campaign to find effective solutions and guidance for the team
Get brief & consult the client on agency’s products/services
Develop quotation & estimate revenue, resources
Account Team Development:
Build, train and manage account team members.
Build team’s bonding and capacity
- Key Deliverables:
Successfully partnership with clients & suppliers, teamwork with internal team
A fully developed team with 03 AE, 01 AM
Achievement in billing target and effectively managing agency resources.
Job Requirements
At least 8+ years of agency experience (excluding work experience as a freelancer and marketer)
This position is ONLY available for those applicants who has worked at advertising agencies
Confident communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all levels of an internal and external organization.

Critical thinking & problem solving
