What You Need to Act & Deliver:
- Bring relatable knowledge in client’s industry for every account.
- Marketing calendar building for client’s brand management.
- Utilize connections and knowledge from the global network and local insights to deliver fresh and imaginative thinking.
- Influence senior client executives through client management, strategic thinking and creative effective ideas.
- Act as the forefront cross-the-line agency lead within the team and with clients for all scopes related to ATL & digital with not only network affiliates but also client’s assigned Activation/ PR/ Merchandising/ Event.. to achieve the best strategic and creative productions.
- Financial building and Agency revenue management.
- New business management.
What We Require From You
- Minimum 4 years of account management in IMC agency, at least 1 year at the level AM. Digital knowledge is a must.
- Strong account management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Passionate for ideas and local insights.
- Can present to the C-suites and create discourse that achieves high-stakes outcomes.
- Can lead and manage a group of cross-disciplines expertise to contribute meaningfully to the growth and well-being of team members and clients’ brands, while realizing an ambitious shared goal.
