- Build and maintain strong client relationships with both external ad internal side.
- Act as the lead trusted point of contact for all client account management matters. We want to believe you are always there with us in time.
- Translate client briefs to the fullest of understanding and work closely with internal team to produce the best outputs. Also, to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
- Guarantee the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client request and objectives
- Negotiate contracts and close agreement on maximize profits
- Prepare reports on account status
- Assist line manager in developing new business with existing client or identify areas to improve the sale quotas
- Proven work experience in agency in relevant roles
- Be proactive and get-thing-done-with-responsibility attitude
- A person focused on enthusiastic, energetic and detail orientation team member
- At least 2 years experience in the similar position
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese & English
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
