● Project Management:
– Directing execute project with complicated scope media both branding and performance
– Documenting client design briefings, understanding them in the context of the current or proposed brand essence and current market situation.
– Defining scope of work, estimating deliverables, and consulting work plan independently.
– Managing client expectations of timing to ensure that projects are delivered at the highest quality levels, on time and on budget, while achieving the expected profit for the company.
– Being responsible for the effectiveness of communication activities & services consulted and provided to customers.
● Client Leadership/Engagement:
– Acting as a client representative through the proposal & implementation process, ensuring that the solutions we develop meet client needs.
– Building & developing strong relationships with client’s team & acting as main point of contact between client & agency to support and consult.
● Team Management:
– Mentoring Intern/Trainee.
– Providing clear roadmap & guidance and always-on improving leadership to catch up the promotion process.
Skills & Knowledge & Qualification
– At least 01 years of experience as an account executive/ relevant position.
– Excellent communication & presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English.
– Microsoft office skills: word, excel, PowerPoint.
– Account management experience in an Advertising/Marketing/Digital Agency.
– Basic understanding of digital disciplines (creative, technology, user experience, strategy).
– Have good business acumen: able to manage client portfolio and P&L, understand client business objectives and work backward for the approach to support client deliver their KPIs
– Understanding of deadlines, budget management, and deliverables.
– Excellent client service skills.
– Ability to manage multiple project initiatives and to work collectively with an off-site team of resources.
– Proven client and team management expertise.
– Ability to move from analysis to concept and persuasively introduce new ideas.
