An Integrated Account Director
Reports directly to: Chief Executive Officer
The Integrated Account Director is the principle contact between the Agency and the Client and has ultimate responsibility for the client account. The Integrated Account Director works across multiple lines of an account developing and executing synergistic solutions which help our Clients to grow their business and gain market share. The incumbent leads the account team from strategy development to solution delivery. The Integrated Account Director ensures that solutions provided are on strategy and meet Impiric standards and client expectations. The incumbent also supervises overall performance management for account team members.
- Develop and maintain a good working relationship and communication process between (regional and local) Team, and client
- Strengthen and expand relationships with key clients.
- Supervise strategic development and implementation of direct initiatives
- Be responsible for all aspects of project management; taking briefs, estimating costs and timings, managing budgets, scheduling resources, project management, KPI delivery, regular reporting to the client and the regional team.
- Help Client evaluate effectiveness of all marketing activities and monitors competitive activities and plans appropriate responses/actions
- Schedule and manage the localization of regionally produced content and campaigns.
- Develop, maintain and analyze monthly reports and online scorecards together with Digital Analytics Resource to report and optimize the performance of online properties, marketing campaigns and other online functionality to Client
- Work with Creative team to ensure creative development is on strategy and meet Client’s expectations / standards
- Keep senior management fully informed of account activity and development including client issues
- Fiscal responsibility for overall account profitability including client budget, expense reporting, and campaign profits and losses.
- Liaison between Agency and Client to establish goals and budget and ensure the receipt of quality, cost-effective solutions.
- Manage the prioritization and assignment of relevant team resources and projects.
- Good ability for case studies writing for completed work and for CRM management and analysis.
- Conduct performance management and goal assessment of staff.
- Proven skills in written and verbal communications; project management; business, systems, and process analysis; conflict resolution; written and verbal communications and cross-group collaboration
- Excellent business development and project management skills.

- Strong client facing skills.
- Successful track record managing multiple client assignments.

- Sound qualitative & quantitative analytical skills
- Knowledge of all agency functional areas; including production, media, research and database
- Understanding of Digital Marketing Operations
- Ability to articulate and evangelize within the local marketing organization and agency
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese
Desired Characteristics – Attitude:
- BA/BS degree required.
- > 7 years of professional experience in a advertising agency or related industry
- Strong direct marketing experience with an integrated marketing perspective
- Agency and account management experience required
- Stress resistent
- Good listener
- Well organized
- Good team work spirit
