- Maintain and develop an HR system, HR policies as well as processes enabling an agile and rewarding professional environment & culture where employees are satisfied and motivated to contribute their greatest effort to the success of the company.
- Consult the General Manager on setting up and developing strategic HR Policy, working procedures and policies
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of HR policies and procedures
- In charge of Staff welfare (Salary, bonus, Health Insurance, Social Insurance, Unemployment Insurance & Trade Union, Payslip), Contract making (new/ renew) & Offboarding process; PIT report; – Participate in salary and labour market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits;
- Recruit and develop a qualified workforce to align with the company’s business plan and ensure productivity from day one via a well prepared on-boarding plan.
- Lead Annual Performance Appraisal Process as well as further development of the organisation
- Manage support to operation as well as offices cross-functionally to ensure a good daily work of the team
- Relevant working experience in HR
