Job Description
- Build & develop close relationships with clients & act as a primary point of contact between clients & agency.
- Manage the accounts professionally which involved planning & preparing proposals & controlling clients’ advertising budgets.
- Execute & oversee all events and promotions at ground level concerning the assigned accounts.
- Provide insightful analysis & recommendations that will support the execution process.
- Take charge of administrative tasks including but not limited to paperwork, invoice control, on-time payment chasing & queries in liaison with Finance and Production.
- Keep the account manager updated on the state of your assignment & alert the account manager on potential issues relating to the assigned accounts.
- Manage the tasks of the day-to-day operations of the business, including research, competitive findings, market research & media insights.
- Keep the relevant team(s) well-informed & engaged in projects; ensure projects run smoothly, & help team members feel empowered, respected, and educated.

- Strong organizational, negotiating, and time-management skills.
- Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Have a good sense of visual art so as to brief, judge, and give constructive feedback to the creative team.
- Professional project management skills, able to manage multiple parties to complete tasks and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Proficient or expert in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, media databases, and social media networks.
- Great understanding of advertising and marketing principles.
- Ability to manage projects from conceptualization to completion.
- Detail-oriented and striving for continuous perfection.
- Ability to work under high pressure and tight deadlines.
- Upper-Intermediate level of English.
