OBJECTIVES

We are seeking dynamic talents with a strong business mindset and experiences in Project Management and eCommerce to join our team. The position will be in charge of the whole P&L of Ecommerce Solution on two platforms, Web and Social, including developing and implementing solution strategy as well as building solution digital marketing framework. You will also be the leader of a cool project team that has been contributing more than 50% of the whole company revenue.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Plan and manage performance to maximize P&L of the solution.
  • Lead (including recruit and build) a project team of 5+ people.
  • Develop solution strategy (at a corporate and business level) and coordinate with operation teams to implement solution strategy.
  • Research and PS to build a solution marketing framework and best practices to address all clients’ needs.
  • Develop/Guide Solution Lead to develop BD strategy for the solution and follow up with BD team on execution.
  • Influence/Guide Solution Lead to influence the solution team to update the latest trends/ insights related to the solution field and innovate (R&D).
  • Coordinate/Lead the coordination to enhance client understanding and relationships.
  • Coordinate/Lead the coordination to find/assess/manage vendors related to the solution field.
  • Coordinate/Lead the coordination to hold workshops, spread out whitepaper, or develop case studies to win the awards.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Skills & Knowledge & Qualification

Must have

  • 3+ years experience in project management
  • 2+ years experience in managing people
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills are the MUST
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Driven, self-motivated, can-do attitude, bring optimism and positive energy to the team
  • Constantly inspired to improve ways of doing things to eliminate recurring problems and pain points

Good to have

  • Experienced in Digital marketing, especially Data-driven Marketing, or Ecommerce is a plus
