- To work closely with Social Specialist for execution to ensure both quality of works and timeline commitment.
- Design content strategy across digital platforms
- Be responsible for business KPI assigned by line manager
- Provide solution for always on execution
- Ensure effective communication with clients on daily basis.
- Able to work on at least 2 accounts/ projects at the same time
- Build good client rapport
- Submit agency work and get client approval
- Present and persuade client to approve social and tactical plan
- Exercise quality control over deliverables to achieve client’s satisfaction.
- Send effective and actionable email communication to client and internal teams – meeting recaps, contact reports, status reports, follow up
- Provide innovative content format solutions
- Coordinate with Creative, Design and Interactive team for digital production.
- Provide promoting channels mix.
- Negotiate and manage KOLs
- Develop media plan.
- Follow up and follow through all required project-related paperwork.
- Conduct briefing session for social and tactical plan.
- Create, align, and manage production and campaign timeline
- Manage campaign performance, keep track of KPIs delivery, alert when there are signals of KPIs under-delivery.
- Produce campaign reports with frequency as aligned with client.
- Achieve assigned business KPI
- Escalate issues to supervisor whenever it’s necessary and back up Social Specialist during his/ her absence.
- At least 2 years of experience in Digital and Social Marketing
- Content writing experience
- Good interpersonal and analytic thinking skill, result-oriented.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
