- Effective and persuasive digital media decks presentation to clients to win the accounts.
- Account management including facing client and developing solutions for account retention and growth.
- Campaign management includes planning, buying and executing flawlessly and smoothly.
- Learn fast and apply new techniques to improve campaign performance, including but not limiting to Google and Facebook execution and management.
- Seek for good buying networks to always achieve better buying deals.
- Bond and maintain the supplier network relationship to upgrade buying strength and deals.
- Good team management capability.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Form performance-based business unit within Media department, while creating mutual strategy aligned with Media Director.
- Deploy and manage performance-based projects and accounts at a good state & scale.
- Pitch and acquire new clients in terms of both performance-based and mix branding-performance based.
- Be able to prepare, present media proposals and persuade clients to meet team & business objectives.
- Support Media Director to enhance and achieve continual milestones of performance-based business unit.
- Build & manage the performance-based team and manage it to reach team & business objective.
- Coordinate closely within media department, other departments (as Planning, Account, …) or partners to win new projects while optimizing the projects’ or campaigns’ profitability and lead to the performance business unit success.
