A, GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Responsible for carrying out for making optimization for video distribution on social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Tiktok, etc.) This position is to research optimization strategies, monitor & analyze the performance of videos in all digital assets

 

B, MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Create the metadata (title, description, tags, hashtags, caption & transcripts, ect) for all videos on social presence (VOD, livestreams and branded content, etc.) to optimize the reach/impression, viewerships, subscribers or followers by researching competitive keywords
  • Make channel metadata optimization (Channel information, gerne, Upload Schedules, Partnership Inquiry, Collaboration Proposals, etc.)
  • Monitor SEO (Keywords Competitiveness Score and YouTube Search Ranking) and user engagements after uploading in order to suggest metadata or other optimization
  • Ensure growth output, global standards and requirements for content distribution, optimization and DRM (Digital Rights Management)
  • Check the copyright of videos, music, and other intellectual properties to solve any problems related to owned media channels
  • Research and give recommendations to increase the external traffic sources for videos and channels

 

    • Track and analyze the video performance through analytic tools (YouTube Analytics, Facebook Insights and third-parties dashboards)
    • Use Youtube trends, Google trends and other 3rd party tools to keep up-to-date trend research, competitive channel analysis, and suggest directions for the Talent Business department

 

  • Generate Weekly and Monthly reports on channel performance, market insights including trending contents/campaigns and consumer research

 

  • Manage creators’ MCN status and any issues related with the network which includes joining and releasing on Youtube CMS during the on/off-boarding process.
  • Carry out trainings, testings, and key learnings to optimize our company’s digital work process and quality
  • Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns on Google (Youtube) and Facebook
  • Verify final result and consolidate payment for English CC Subtitle part-timers monthly
  • Other tasks assigned by line manager

C, REQUIREMENT: 

 

Qualification: 

 

  • Competence in spoken and written English 
  • Excellence in oral and written communication skills
  • Competent with Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of digital analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Facebook Insights
  • Minimum 6 months of equivalent experience in Marketing, Advertising, and/or Digital media industry (SEO/Social Media positions accepted).
  • Advantage for College or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, and/or Business
  • Advantage for passion/experience in video/audio production and distribution
  • Advantage for passion/experience in Social Media SEO, digital advertisement  

 

Skills 

 

  • Proactively able to suggest enhancement ideas for channel and content improvement
  • Have knowledge of some of the listed fields such as Digital Video (Social Media) Platforms/Apps such as Youtube, Live Streaming Platforms, Facebook, Video Apps and etc
  • Regular studies and education on the new updates of Youtube and other video platforms
  • Have knowledge and be able to analyze, evaluate keywords to optimize SEO effectively on Youtube.
  • Creative mind and storytelling skills
  • Advantage for skills and experience running targeted Youtube ads
