A Creative Director (CD) is one of the key person of “The Business Trio” to develop the Creative Campaign & Business of the company. CD work directly with Strategy Director or Manager for the Strategy & Creative Ideas, consults the creativeness for the project team in every campaign ( below the line / offline campaign or Integrated Campaign) . A CD understand very well Branding / Brand Communication in Marketing Campaign or CD must be up-to-date with marketing trends or Entertainment trends. CD knows how to inspire, how to train and make the creativeness of the team improved to achieve the company business goal.
- Need Agility & Work with other team members involved in projects, such as Planning team, Production team and Account team to propose creative idea, present to Clients to win the project.
- Must be able to direct and manage the creative work of multiple task/ multi channels campaign and direct the creative staff from concept to completion of the projects with strong leadership and timeline
- Understand marketing / communication & offline Campaign and know how to deal with Clients for the idea or creativity
- Respect the timing of the team, timeline management sense, deadline focused and care of success.
- Business mind-set and beware of the failure or success of Campaigns.
- Well hard skill of Apps that creates visual creative, graphic creative. Space & video / animation/ Show visual / Visual effect is highly appreciated.
- Others of social / digital creative work is highly appreciated to fulfill the “Path to purchase” of consumers, end users…and in order to collaborate with other channels in Integrated Campaign. Interacts & well internal interaction.
- Presents their idea with rationale is a must.
- Understand techniques of graphic & space design and direct Creative staff to manage Technical drawing of a graphic & space design sothat suppliers & their workers can make a production perfectly. This is a must
- Collaboration well & and no mindset of self-center nor “single hero”, happy to share and to be shared & update trends, tech & offline information for a non-stop creative work for company. This is a must
- Conduct training new staff, training professional topics for Strategy & Creative is a must
- In charge of Creative & Strategy for Clients, Brands and Company internal & external
- With Business team, create the good strategy to approach more & more clients & business
- Achieve KPI of personal billing & company billing
- Having working plan to achieve the Team Billing KPI: weekly, monthly, quarterly & full year with business schedule in details.
- Build team & responsible for the team improvement in both skill & scale, including finding the new Account members if HR plan changed.
- Other task assigned by higher level
- Creative thinking to build out-of-the box, holistic creative approach
- Provide quality control over concepts and projects.
- Create 360 degree proposals for clients & pitch and present concepts to clients to win the jobs.

Must to have qualifications:
- Have sense of 360 degree creative, able to create creativeness and hate traditional way, hate repeated routines.
- Able to create marketing experiences for consumers, event scripts, flows, platforms with latest trends or excitement
- Be confident to present and explain ideas to clients and colleagues with rationale, never say NO sensibility, Stay calm and positive attitude towards feedback
- University degree in field of design / fine arts or related field.
- Have experience of at least 5 years in creative director role or related.
