A Vietnam’s Top 15 digital marketing agency is looking for a Business Development Director to join its fast-evolving team to serve bigger campaigns for existing clients and new clients in Hanoi.
This senior position is a high performing sales executive to generate new business revenue. The role will focus on identifying and driving revenue opportunities for BCM Solutions.
- Leverage knowledge and relationships with brands and media agencies to develop revenue opportunities
- Identifying new business oportunities, and nurturing business relationships with existing clients.
- Creatively explore upselling and packaging opportunities to create co-sell offerings
- Build trusted relationships/partnerships with brands, media agencies in order to serve their integrated marketing needs
- Achieving revenue and profit targets given by Board of Directors.
- Recruiting and training new account executives.
- Reporting performance periodically to Board of Directors.
- At least 3- 5 years of digital marketing agency (planning, media and/or creative experience is a plus), or strategy experience on the publisher, client.
- Knowledge of digital marketing
- Knowledge of corporate finance and HR
- Tactical experience with programmatic, biddable media or SEM is preferred.
- Advanced skill with PowerPoint, Excel or similar spreadsheet tools.
- Advanced presentation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mindset.
- Good command of English is highly preferred.
