Ad-tech Solution Manager is responsible for applying Tech platform that enforce data analytics & data-driven Media campaign, since more 1st party data will be collected & stored in-house.
At Golden Digital 2018, we will handle all data & analytics (D&A) in house. In-house: we need to utilize all campaigns as sources of data input, deploy Audience/customer level – analytic tools. Then activate D&A’s output through programmatic platforms (such as Google DBM, other DSP).
Ad-tech Solution Manager is a hybrid role that covers part of Analytics & also Technical solution to lead this new programmatic force:
A. 50% time working on Innovation for Media
- She/he will need strong Media background to advise & collaborate with Data Analyst in Data Acquisition strategy
- She/he will need to explore technical tools to ensure Multi-source data collection, Audiences analytics, and extending to E-Commerce & CRM as new Media touch point.
- She/he will work closely with Media Planner to apply D&A output in Media planning, buying & optimization.
B. 30% Managing Digital production process (website, mobile app, facebook app, banners, tracking set-up)
C. 20% time Be a Coach –: Guiding network team (Account, Creative) in using actionable data. Activate ongoing Tech-update to network team.

1. Technical Solution
Building Tech infrastructure across from Data acquisition, Audience/Customer analytics to Media buying & optimization:
- You will work with experts from Media Planning, Data Analyst, Digital MKT Strategist… to build on new working process & hence necessary tech infrastructure.
- Expected outcome:
- 1st trial after 3 months: Tracking tool, Audience/ Customer Analytic tool (ie.: CDP), Attribution model.
- 6 months: Deploy Full set of tools, including
- Holistic Tracking & Measurement
- Database solution: Data Analyst will lead this product & will need advice from Media expert on current Media data set
- Audience/ Customer Analytic (ie.: CDP)
- Media buying platform: Media Planner will lead this product & will need help in understanding technical spec
- Personalized Marketing solution: new way to reach individuals with relevant content based on data
- 1 year: Use process automation backed by fixed rules or human-derived. Optional: apply machine learning/ AI solution.
2. Partnership With Ad-Tech & Mar-Tech
Find & establish strategic partnership with pioneers such as Trade Desk, Adobe, Woopra & other firms focusing on AI, Machine learning, E-Commerce, CRM to upgrade Golden Digital Tech-ability.
Expected outcome in 6 months
- Earning necessary certificates in for Golden Digital: at least 1 new certificate.
- Build a partnership model that based on new way-of-working instead of discount-based. KPI: Win 1 official or exclusive partnership. Source out 3 New Digital Production suppliers in AI/ machine learning, E-Commerce, CRM.
3. Build Team & Process
- Work with Head of Innovation to revamp current working process. Initial initiatives: daily Incubator hub to build new product, Agile MKT, ongoing training oversea & online.
- Build your own team of programmers with clear KPI on new product/ process.
Required skills & experience
- 3 years of relevant online Media experience.
- In depth understanding of all media touch points & available data at each touch point.
- Strong leadership skills & innovative mindset.
- Proficient in both Vietnamese and English.
