- Understand & direct various activities to detect consumer insights and turn insights into strategic ideas and integrated communication solutions.
- Business thinking to build out-of-the box, holistic business approach
- Provide detail quality control over concepts and projects from Plan to end execution.
- Achieve KPI of personal billing & team billing
- Applying & Sharing trends, new topics for team & company
- Conduct training new staff, training professional topics for Account Executive is a must

- Build team & responsible for the team improvement in both skill & scale, including finding the new Account members if HR plan changed.
- Typing, editing, proofreading draft copy, artwork, and proofs
- Inputting, revising, and creating statistical and analytical spreadsheets

Must to have qualifications:
- 4+ year plus in Account work, execution and planning for offline campaign, integrated campaign is appreciated
- Team management skill & mindset
- Public speaking skill ( Vietnamese – English is preferable), presenting skill, persuading skill, Proactive, dynamic and professional
- Creative mindset and have sense of 360 degree creative, able to create creativeness and hate traditional way, hate repeated routines.
- Having social life, love to go for social, extrovert lifestyle but care about details.
- Respect timeline, deadline & internal interaction with colleagues
- Able to create marketing experiences for consumers, event scripts, flows, platforms with latest trends or excitement

- University degree in field of social, marketing, business, literature, Arts performances.
- Strong business sense and winning attitude
- Having good understanding about brands, advertising and marketing
