The Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationship and for quality of all Stella’s services
- Understand client language and manage their expectations by providing sound advice with influencer channel expertise
- Manage project execution, work closely with creative and influencer management team to deliver Stella’s standard quality.
- Take responsibility from project briefing to planning and presenting to clients
- Predict potential issues, manage internal & external conflict. Offer solutions when issues/conflicts occur.
- Deliver report on time. Strickly follow liquidation process and liquidate on time
- Coaching & inspiring team members to upgrade skills, knowledge & motivation
- Achieve 80% client satisfaction
- Achieve 100% Project KPI. 90% of influencer outcomes air on-time
- Deliver feasible proposal. Firm proposal after 3 rounds
- Issue & solution checklist. Issue will be solved within 48h
- 20% turn over rate in team.
- Deliver know-how tool kit once per year.
- 3 + experience in account management/ project management/ relevent exeprience.
- Excellent in communication skills
- Critical thinking, can-do attitude & solution oriented
- Ability to work under high pressure and colloborate with different type of people
