At Circus Digital, Account Director is responsible for the management of relationships with clients. As the senior point of contact of the agency, the Account Director also co-ordinates the resources needed to service brands/projects, balances the expectations of clients with the execution of creative work to ensure the best quality of work and service.
This person will be expected to plan campaigns, and successfully develop business accounts creatively and financially, while promoting a positive working environment internally.
Experience requirement: 4 years in advertising
- A background in advertising with strong digital experience. ATL experience is an important advantage
- Significant experience in professional client relationship management
- The ability to plan and strategize at a senior level
- A persuasive and confident approach to creative projects
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Effective team management capabilities
