ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE INTERN

Support Salary: 4M + Allowance

Time: 9 AM – 6 PM (Monday to Friday, Saturday & Sunday off)

Office: The METT Building, 15 Tran Bach Dang Street, An Khanh Ward, HCMC

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-      Be a brand ambassador that comprehends client’s business to communicate with internal teams.

-      Be initiative in account management tasks: meet up with client, take brief, brainstorm, research about brand/consumer insights…

-      Monitor work progress and keep in contact with clients at all stages (briefing, proposal, contract, production, campaign management).

-      Be responsible for organizing and managing the work of internal team, ensuring timely completion and quality of work

-      Responsible for managing 1 - 3 client accounts in parallel

-      Control 3rd-party work quality and timeline 

-      Control 3rd-party costs

-      Arrange internal and external meetings

-      Complete weekly reports

-      Build and maintain relationship with client's direct working team

-      Achieve individual and department objectives and results.

-      Maintain the spirit and values of the agency to the team.     

QUALIFICATION:                                         

-      Bachelor’s in Marketing, Advertising, or related field;.

-      Be stable under pressure and have strong sense of urgency.

-      Must be effective at multi-tasking, time management, presentations skills, strategic and innovative thinking.

-      Good English communication skills.

APPLICATION TEST REQUIREMENT

- Shortlisted candidates are required to complete an Account Intern test assignment 

- The test result will be used as part of the evaluation and interview process.

- Candidates who do not complete the test assignment will not be considered for the next round.
