Job description & requirements

OBJECTIVES

We are seeking dynamic talents with a strong business mindset and experiences in lead generation solution/digital marketing to join our team. The position will be in charge of the whole P&L of Leadgen Solution including developing and implementing solution strategy as well as building solution digital marketing framework. 

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Develop product solution (at function level) and coordinate with operation teams to implement solution strategy: MCNs, creative, KOLs, media, ecom ops
  • Research and PS to build a solution marketing framework and best practices to address all clients’ needs on Tiktok
  • Lead and influence the solution team to update the latest trends/ insights related to the solution field and innovate (R&D).
  • Coordinate to enhance client understanding, client performance and relationships.
  • Find/assess/manage/expand vendors related to the solution field to develop a TikTok Ecosystem
  • Be able to manage function performance as a product function level: acquisition, product portfolio, monetization
  • Support solution head to develop GTM strategy
  • Plan and manage performance to maximize P&L of the solution.
  • Develop BD strategy for the solution and follow up with BD team on execution.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:

Must have:

  • 2+ years experience in Tiktok Shop/ digital marketing/ or business which using Tiktok as a key channel (both of agencies or brands)
  • 2+ years experience in managing people
  • Analytical and problem solving skills are the MUST
  • Be able to develop a Tiktok Shop plan for brands to run & operate, such as develop livestream solution, video ads & media advertising on Tiktok
  • Entrepreneurial mindset 
  • Driven, self-motivated, can-do attitude, bring optimism and positive energy to the team
  • Constantly inspired to improve ways of doing things to eliminate recurring problems and pain points

Good to have:

  • Experienced in Product development is a plus
  • Be experienced in Tiktok Agency: MCNs, livestream operation,… as a planner & consultant
  • Have a good relationship with Tiktok, Tiktok Shop, MCNs, …
