Scope of work:

1/ Creative Planning: 30%

- Mainly incharge of planning for content planning, buid-up key messagae, develop creative content concept (such as viral video, hero content - hub content…) & key concept.

- Support planner develops proposal according to own expertise.

- Presentation & Meeting

2/ Team management: 50%

- Allocating workload and assigning content tasks to team members

- Follow up & Guide/training/warning team members on projects.

- Approving content to be published and ensuring it meets all quality control checks, liaising with content writers to ensure brand consistency

- Training (nice-to-have)

- Solve problem with Account team and others.

3/ Execution: 20%

- In charge of major/assigned projects (in the beginning/in the absence of a plan)

- Support staff in emergency situations.

Required skills and experience:

-         1+ years of experience as a Content Manager/Content Leader in agency or 4+ years of experience as Senior Content.

-         Good Writing skills

-         Social perceptiveness: Have a finger on the pulse so that the content is relevant and modern, and understand how people will react to it

-         Excellent attention to detail.

-         High levels of creativity, imagination, initiative and enthusiasm.

-         Fluent in speaking and writing skills in English and Vietnamese

-         Be able to work under high pressure and be good at time management
