This Graphic Designer job might be for YOU, if: 

You have: 

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years working in a creative, advertising, or marketing agency environment. 
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates creative thinking, visual storytelling, and execution across multiple channels and formats. 
• Excellent conceptual, visual, and communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate design ideas effectively. 
• A good eye for camera angles & a strong photography mindset (can be through personal hobbies or professional) 
• Strong proficiency in industry-standard design tools and a solid understanding of design principles, typography, layout, color, and branding. 
• Professional working proficiency in English. 

You're good at: 

1. Creative Concept Development 

• Translating creative briefs into compelling visual concepts, campaign ideas, and design solutions. 
• Developing key visuals, graphics, layouts, mood boards, and storyboards for digital, social, print, and integrated marketing campaigns. 
• Staying informed on design, cultural, and technology trends and applying relevant insights to creative work with originality and purpose. 

2. Design Execution & Production 

• Taking projects from concept through execution, refinement, and final delivery across a variety of media, including digital, social, print, out-of-home, and presentation materials. 
• Creating high-quality production-ready assets, mockups, design guidelines, and deliverables while ensuring brand consistency and visual excellence. 
• Reviewing and quality-checking creative assets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and readiness for implementation or publication. 

3. Collaboration & Project Management 

• Collaborating effectively with internal teams to deliver integrated creative solutions. 
• Presenting ideas, incorporating feedback, and refining work based on client and stakeholder input. 
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing workloads, and ensuring timely delivery of creative outputs. 

You're extra awesome at: 

• Working confidently across a wide range of media, platforms, and design software. 
• Bringing a proactive, collaborative mindset to brainstorming sessions and contributing fresh ideas that elevate the quality of the work. 
• Supporting the development of creative proposals, pitch decks, and presentation materials.
