Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst Intern who will assist in monitoring the system performance, analyzing data, and resolving technical issues. In this role, you will contribute to the project under the guidance of your Line Manager and Senior levels.

Working Time

You can choose 01 of the following shifts

• 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Monday - Sunday)
• 2:00 PM - 9:00 PM (Monday - Sunday)

Job Responsibility

• Assist Client Service and DX, Planning Teams in overseeing the client’s mini-app performance.
• Regularly check and analyze data on the CDP dashboard to detect and report unusual data (e.g. scammer). 
• Receive and address clients’ technical issues. Collaborate with Senior levels and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
• Gather data to make daily reports for relevant parties.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

Experience and Education

• Working experience as an Account Intern/ Data Analysis Intern or related role is an advantage.
• Fresh graduate/ final year student.
