RECRUITMENT: CREATIVE LEAD

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Creativity

- Determine how brand narration DNA should be for long term using.

- Work on the detail copy execution under guidance

- Supervise all the art team members on big project

- Manage the suitable team for different projects

- Lead activities with other creative team members

- Be able to lead big pitching project

- Brainstorm & develop creative ideas and concepts in partnership with the creative team

- Be able to create own creative ideas for advertising campaign

- Be able to present a part of proposals to clients

- Be able to take lead of small and medium campaign

- Be able to handle the copy for social content direction and execution

- Keep up to date with popular culture and trends.

Production management

- The task will be dedicated to composing lists of beer brands, restaurants, and similar items.

- Control 3rd party and risk management

- Establish the good relationship with 3rd parties

- Establish the excellent relationship with 3rd parties for further supports

- lead the big production

- Manage time for team member

- Able to influence to client decision

- Lead the internal and external communication

Leadership skill

- Train and manage team members

- Train more leader to have more senior people

- Maintain the spirit and values of the agency to the team

- Participate into company value and direction

- Can guide all skills that require for COPY

QUALIFICATION:

-         Be a Problem Solver with positive "I CAN DO" attitude. April believes experience can be learnt but negative "I CAN NOT DO" attitude will not lead us all far.

-         At least 5+ years experience in art and design

-         Be stable under pressure and have strong sense of urgency.

-         Must be effective at multi-tasking, time management, presentations skills, strategic and innovative thinking.

-         Good English communication skills.
