Key Responsibilities
Sales Planning
- Acquire & develop new clients through identifying, pitching, and activating clients to achieve sales targets
- Develop client’s ability to grow their business through selling MVC’s solutions, by jointly developing short and long term strategic plans
- Build own sales plan and list of potential clients, including quarterly, monthly, and weekly sales plans.
Sales Execution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Conduct research and build effective approach strategies for each strategic client.
- Collect intelligence related to the demand, market, and competitors through daily activities to continuously upgrade the strategies and share insight to other teams within the vertical (e.g. Product teams, Account team, etc.)
- Effectively manage the sales process through prospect development, proposal, presentation and closing negotiations to achieve company goals
Optimization
- Share constructive feedback to management team to continuously improve the BD process.
- Support CEO to build and upgrade sales materials (e.g. Email templates, Communication flows, etc.)
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of successful sales experience in professional B2B environments with at least 1 year as lead/management level, preferred experience in the marketing agency field.
- Having knowledge of website development and e-commerce is a plus
- Strong client service mindset, always put the client first

- Strong relationship and networking skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication, persuasion, analytical and management skills
- Driven, self-motivated, can-do attitude, bring optimism and positive energy to the team
