Objectives

We are looking for an experienced business development executive with passion in digital marketing, business development and client leadership. You will be one of the very first members of our ambitious SME team and an important piece of the puzzle to our dynamic growth team, together driving outstanding business results for Pinpoint.

Job Description

Sales Planning
  • Conduct research to identify new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Build own sales plan and list of potential clients, including quarterly, monthly, and weekly sales plan.
Sales Execution
  • Conduct research and build effective approach strategies for each strategic client.
  • Collect intelligence related to demand, market, and competitors through daily activities to continuously upgrade strategies and share insights with other teams (e.g. Product, Account, etc.).
  • Execute and model daily sales activities consistently, including cold calling, scheduling appointments, and conducting client meetings — setting the standard for the team to follow.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Manage effectively the sales process through prospect development, proposal, presentation, and closing negotiations to achieve company goals.
  • Proactively apply AI tools and technologies to increase personal productivity, improve outreach quality, and scale daily sales activities.
BD Program Optimization
  • Share constructive feedback to managers/directors to continuously improve the BD process.
  • Support managers to build and upgrade sales materials (e.g. Sales scripts, Email templates, Communication flows, etc.).
Team Management
  • Lead a team of 2–3 members and motivate them to deliver tasks at the highest quality.
  • Provide people planning and a clear roadmap/program/guidance to develop knowledge and skill sets for the role.
  • Monitor and track daily sales activities of team members (calls made, meetings set, pipeline progression) to ensure consistent execution and identify gaps early.
  • Drive AI adoption across the team: identify relevant AI tools, establish usage standards, and hold team members accountable for integrating AI into their daily workflows — not just encouraging it, but actively tracking adoption and impact.
  • Structure problems and prioritize effectively to maximize team resources.
  • Provide individual coaching and feedback to stretch personal and team performance toward goals.

Job Requirements

Skills & Knowledge & Qualification
  • Minimum of 3–4 years of successful sales experience in professional B2B environments; preferred experience in digital marketing agency and working with SME clients.
  • Having knowledge of website development, SEO, and e-commerce is a plus.
  • Strong client service mindset, always put the client first.
  • Strong problem-solving and research skills.
  • Strong relationship and networking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, persuasion, analytical, and management skills.
  • Driven, self-motivated, can-do attitude; brings optimism and positive energy to the team.
  • Willing to learn and challenge yourself to step out of your comfort zone.
  • Strong commitment to business growth with strong influencing, persuading, and project management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills with sufficient business acumen and marketing sense.
  • AI Mindset: Actively keep up with and apply AI tools in daily work; able to evaluate and roll out AI tools at team level, not just personal use. Comfortable building new workflows around AI and driving adoption among team members with clear expectations and follow-through.
