RECRUITMENT: BRAND MANAGER - Craft Beer
Five Elements Beer is a Vietnamese craft beer brand, proudly possessing the largest craft brewery in Southeast Asia. It embodies a sophisticated blend of unique natural ingredients, creating a harmonious and refined experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Brand Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and loyalty for the craft beer brand.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities.
Product Positioning:
- Define and communicate the unique selling propositions of the craft beer products.
- Collaborate with the brewing team to ensure alignment between brand messaging and product quality.
Marketing Campaigns:
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, events, and traditional media.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling and consistent brand messaging.
Event Planning:
- Organize and coordinate events, sponsorships, and collaborations to increase brand visibility.
- Attend industry events and engage with the local craft beer community.
Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow the brewery's social media presence.
- Create and curate engaging content that reflects the brand's personality and values.
Public Relations:
- Cultivate relationships with media outlets, bloggers, and influencers to secure positive coverage for the brand.
- Respond to media inquiries and manage crisis communications when necessary.
Brand Performance Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Use data insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to the brand strategy.
Work Report:
- Report to Brand Director and BOD
QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Brand Manager, preferably in the craft beer or beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of the craft beer market and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
- At least 3+ years experience in Brand Manager
