Brancher.X Vietnam (formerly Havas Vietnam) is looking for an experienced Associate Creative Director to lead the creative development of integrated communication campaigns across IMC, Digital, Social, Activation, and Brand Experience.

As an Associate Creative Director, you will be responsible for translating business challenges into compelling creative solutions, leading multidisciplinary creative teams, and ensuring all creative outputs are strategically aligned, impactful, and deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of creative concepts and integrated campaign ideas across IMC, Digital, Social, Content, Activation, and Brand Experience projects.
• Work closely with Planning, Account, Media, and Production teams to transform strategic insights into compelling creative solutions.
• Direct and oversee the creative development process from ideation to execution, ensuring high-quality outputs across multiple platforms.
• Lead brainstorming sessions and inspire teams to develop innovative, insight-driven ideas that meet client objectives.
• Provide creative direction for copy, art, content, design, and production to ensure consistency and excellence across all deliverables.
• Present creative concepts confidently to clients and internal stakeholders, effectively articulating the strategic rationale behind ideas.
• Mentor, coach, and develop Creative team members, fostering a collaborative, high-performing, and idea-driven culture.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality, timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met.
• Stay updated on market trends, consumer behavior, emerging technologies, and cultural movements to continuously elevate the agency's creative standards.
• Contribute to new business pitches and agency growth by developing breakthrough creative proposals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related fields.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a creative role within an advertising, digital, or integrated communications agency.
• Proven experience leading creative development for integrated campaigns across Digital, Social, IMC, and Brand Experience.
• Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to transform strategic insights into impactful creative ideas.
• Experience leading and mentoring multidisciplinary creative teams (Art, Copy, Content, Design).
• Strong understanding of branding, marketing communications, digital platforms, and consumer behavior.
• Excellent presentation, storytelling, and communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment while maintaining high creative standards.
