Job description & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • The Associate Account Director has a handle IMC plan role in business pitches,
  • Create account strategies, leading projects from pitching to final execution.
  • Develop and manage projects and programs, including strategies, implementation plans, evaluation mechanisms, staffing plans, timelines, and budgets, reported to MD to ensure all implementation plans are aligned.
  • Client Leadership – responding to briefs, attending meetings, status reporting, information seeking, researching, managing milestones and approvals
  • Develop and guide media relations strategy and leverage full resources to provide proactive leadership to all accounts.
  • Lead all the project productions/outcomes and drive content & creative strategy. 
  •  Managing client expectations and satisfaction to the highest standards for each campaign.
  • Collaborate and work with internal teams, especially Strategists to find insights & provide creative inputs. 
  • Coach & supervise the Account Manager to manage accounts and accomplish assignments in a timely and efficient manner; a focus on media planning, and contract preparation is mandatory…
  • Develop team members ability to represent the company; ensure jobs are assigned, workloads and performance, giving feedback to team members promptly periodically.
  • Deliver training and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in project management.

Job Requirements:

  • BSc/ BA in Marketing, Business Administration or a relevant field
  • At least 04 years of account management role. Working at a digital agency is a plus.
  • Have a digital background, and can run events
  • Good Analytical skills as well as communication skills (oral and written)
  • Interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, positive attitude, creative thinking, good problem-solving skills, willing to learn, adapt and operate in a dynamic and fast-moving work environment.
  • Be able to work under high pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Fluent in English
