I - With Clients
- Communicate with clients
- Support in preparing and presenting proposals to clients, and successfully handling objections by identifying decision-makers, understanding the client's internal situation, and adapting to their way of working.
- Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly social market reviews.
- Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and final reports for campaigns.
- Manage the daily operations of social campaign account executives/social executives.
II - Internal
- Manage and analyze the work efficiency of affiliate talents.
- Create training programs to develop affiliate talents, including weekly coaching plans and designing training materials.
- Coach and guide affiliate talents.
- Collaborate as a team to create personal branding for affiliate talents.
- Execute IMC projects/campaigns from the pitching phase to project implementation and reporting.
- Ensure timely completion of projects as committed to clients.
- Develop or manage a team to create a project plan in consultation with other teams, including a detailed action timeline, checklists, and resource allocation.
- Work closely with internal teams to solve daily project progress and quality problems promptly.
- Ensure project implementation is compliant with the company's standard working process.
- Assist managers and the board management team with training and coaching for junior-level employees.
- Prepare for debriefing sessions, shooting sessions, internal brainstorming sessions, and campaign review sessions if needed.
- Assist the Finance Department with the finance process for clients.
IV - Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a relevant field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a related job.
- Knowledge and experience in social market and communication to define actions, tools, and know-how for the services line.
- Knowledge of market trends, needs, and the company's competitive advantages.
- Proficiency in English (intermediate) and Vietnamese.
- Project management and customer service mindset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
