Job title: Account Manager
Reporting to: Senior Account Manager
Overview of the role:
The Account Manager role is responsible for successful delivery from project commencement to project completion, through the Initiating, planning, execution, monitoring and control and closing phases.
General Responsibilities
· Strategic developing and implementing of marketing campaigns across all channels and disciplines.
· Develop, present and sell communication programs to deliver against set objectives.
· Liaise with brand teams on brand specific projects;
· Oversee the management of multiple expert partners and 3rd parties to deliver flawless execution of communication programs.
· Be responsible for managing the evaluations of programs.
· Day to day management and coordination of the account team.
· Responsible for the performance and development of the Account Executives
· Build a strong and motivated team
· Maintains contacts with all clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
· Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
· Be able to win new customers and keep existing ones
· Play the role as coordinator between customers and company for win-win business decisions
· Able to understand customers’ requirements and communicate to company
· Able to speak out “point of view” of each project to customers
· Able to understand cost structure and company’s expectation margin for each project
· Be creative to drive the cost down in difficult situation without sacrifice the quality of the work.
· Be able to set up KPIs for the team and responsible to mobilize resources to reach set goals
· Understand Company’s Visions, Values, Mission, Goals, Targets and commit to foster them.
· Keep Management Team updated with Competitors activities or Industry trend
Education, qualifications and experience
· Bachelor’s degree
· At least 3-year experience in the same position in the service industry
· Experience across various marketing disciplines, e.g. events, activation, sales promotion, digital is an advantage
· Solid working experience in one of leading below the line agencies
· Strong understanding of customer and market dynamic requirements
· Aesthetic, adaptable, tenacious, systematic, innovative and insightful
Skills
· Good written skills, particularly in relation to proposals and presentation
· Good English in verbal and written communication
· Good time management and organizational skills.
· A positive and strong leader
· Excellent trouble-shooting and solution-finding skills in terms of Staff and projects
· Proven track record of delivery on projects in terms of time, budget, and other client KPIs
· Passionate and driven in everything you do, and filtering that approach through the teams and the organization as a whole.
