Role Overview: The Senior Account Manager is accountable for end-to-end project success, overseeing the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure within a marketing solutions agency.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning (20%):

• Present and sell strategies, communication plans, and creative concepts to clients.
• Allocate budgets effectively and enhance daily operations for strategic control.
• Evaluate internal ideas during review sessions.

1. Project Leadership (30%):

• Develop project timelines and budgets in collaboration with departments.
• Lead project teams, ensuring quality, profitability, and client satisfaction.
• Oversee creative work, production, testing, and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with finance and operations for budget coordination.
• Manage P&L based on Account Director's guidelines.
• Evaluate project performance and team KPIs (Billing and Profit).

1. Client Relationship (30%):

• Serve as primary daily contact for assigned accounts and projects.
• Build client trust through dedicated, attentive services.
• Negotiate with clients and internal teams to maintain proposal consistency.
• Conduct annual surveys to optimize client satisfaction.

1. People Development (20%):

• Lead, inspire, and drive teams to achieve objectives and develop skills.
• Coach and train team members for skills improvement.
• Foster teamwork and conduct staff performance evaluations.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar service industry roles (Trade Marketing: Activation, Event, Sampling, Production ….) .
• Experience across diverse marketing disciplines is advantageous.
• Previous experience in leading below-the-line agencies preferred.
• Having consistent experience ranging from Digital Marketing to Trade Marketing is an advantage
