Job Summary 

We are looking for a talent with an able-to-do spirit and deep familiarity with the social media and influencer landscape. This role will focus on delivering end-to-end campaign management for a diverse portfolio of brands, ensuring that all projects meet ICON’s high standards of social creativity. 

Job Descriptions

·      Assist Account Executives in planning and social influencers/KOL Booking/communication campaigns for clients.

·      Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, media, etc.) to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.

·      Support the preparation of proposals, reports, contracts, quotations, and meeting minutes.

·      Track project timelines, deliverables, and checklists.

·      Communicate with clients and external partners when needed, ensuring accurate and timely information flow.

·      Perform other tasks as assigned by the Account team or line manager.

Requirements

·      Final-year student or fresh graduate majoring in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.

·      A genuine interest in advertising/communications and a desire to pursue a career in client service.

·      Active in social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Tiktok…)

·      Strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and a proactive working attitude.

·      Good time management and teamwork abilities.

·      Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Office.

·      Able to commit at least 3 months and work full-time.
