Job Summary

We're looking for an enthusiastic Account Intern to join our team! In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience managing client accounts, coordinating projects, and bringing campaigns to life. If you're detail-oriented, proactive, and excited to learn in a dynamic environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Job Responsibility

• Assist in smooth and on-time project development and execution.
• Support to manage project scope and timelines. Implement any necessary processes and procedures.
• Meet and communicate consistently with internal and external teams to manage timelines, assets, progress in order to meet desired quality within deadline, and client deliverables.
• Work with other internal departments such as Strategic Planning/ Digital Media/ Creative/ Social/ Legal/ Finance/ Admin to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Administrative tasks under the line manager’s direction: setting up meetings, checking, records, contracts, paperwork, etc.
• Prepare reports and competitor reviews for the client and internal team.

Required Skills/ Abilities

• Teamwork, self-starter, learning attitude, and proactive.
• Logical thinking and problem-solving.
• Detail-oriented, well organized, and responsible.
• Proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
• Good skill in using the MS Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook.
• Passionate in Marketing & Advertising industry.
• Be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Digital savvy with a good understanding of Digital Marketing.

Experience and Education

• Be able to work on-site, full time for at least 6 months.
• Fresh graduate/ the final year student.
