Job description & requirements

Job Summary

As an Account Intern, you will support the Client Service team in managing and implementing projects. This position offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in creating proposals, conducting market research, and monitoring campaign performance. You will also work closely with both internal and external teams to ensure the best deliverables for our clients.


Job Responsibility

  • Assist in smooth and on-time project development and execution.
  • Support in proposal development. Work with internal teams to produce the best outputs.
  • Support to manage project scope and timelines. Implement any necessary processes and procedures.
  • Meet and communicate consistently with internal and external teams to manage timelines, assets, progress, and client deliverables.
  • Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with third-party suppliers to ensure input products meet desired quality and are delivered within deadlines.
  • Work with other internal departments such as Strategic Planning/ Digital Media/ Creative/ Social to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Administrative tasks under the line manager's direction: setting up meetings, checking, records, contracts, paperwork, etc.
  • Prepare reports for the client and internal team.


Required Skills/Abilities

  • Ability to work on-site, full time for at least 6 months.
  • Teamwork, proactive, responsible.
  • Self-motivated, can-do attitude, and optimistic.
  • Proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
  • Passionate in the Marketing and Advertising industry.
  • Logical thinking and problem-solving.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized.
  • Good at analytical skills, problem-solving skills & critical thinking.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.


Experience and Education

  • Have experience in Social/ Digital.
  • Having experience in account management/ project management/ professional customer service role is preferred.
  • Digital savvy with a good understanding of Digital Marketing.
  • Fresh graduate/ final year student.
