About the role

Your work will be essential to maintaining client happiness by listening to preferences and providing helpful advice and services. A keen listener with a customer-focused approach will be the perfect candidate. The goal is to ensure the continuous development of our business activities and establish our agency as a leader in the industry.

What you will be doing:

• Work closely with clients on a daily basis to deliver work on time.
• Clarify & understand client briefs or requests before communicating with the internal team.
• Learn about the client's industry and business activities to suggest more personalized solutions
• Keep track of new trends on social media to update & inspire the creative team
• Teamwork with internal teams (creative, production, finance, etc.) to ensure on-brief delivery to clients.
• Create a reasonable project timeline & be able to negotiate a timeline with clients.
• Undertake administrative work and keep records of clients
• Manage both internal and external clients expectations in a timely matter

We would love to know if you have the following:

• Minimum 1 year experience in Account Management or related position
• BSc/ BA in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
• Good understanding of marketing and advertising methods and techniques
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
• Ability to multitask and handle a variety of accounts possibly from different industries
• A good sense of art and humor is a big plus
• A team player with outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Report to AM
