Job description & requirements

OVERALL VIEW OF THE JOB

Account Executive will take responsibility for serving client with the greatest satisfaction to keep and expand the business. He/ She will have to work closely with clients in order to understand their expectations for the projects and then communicate with internal teams to make sure that the final works will meet the client’s requirements.


JOB DESCRIPTION

Main duties

  • 25% - Take accountability and ownership of assigned tasks
  • 25% - Work collaboratively across internal teams, clients, contractors, and vendors
  • 10% - Act as a ‘gatekeeper’ for quality control

 

Others

  • 10% - Paperwork
  • 20% - Report for internal team and client (on project)
  • 10% - Market & Competitors review (once a month)


JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Experience

  • At least 1,5 – 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing & Communication
  • 6 months – 1 year of experience at B2B Client Service/ Business Development/ B2B Sales/ Marketing/ Publishers (or at Creative/ IMC/ Branding/ Digital agency is preferred)
  • Have experience in FMCG/ Tech industry is preferred


2. Knowledge: Digital Media/ Social Media


3. Skills

  • MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Google Workspace packages
  • Proficient in English and Vietnamese (Full skills)
  • Critical & strategic thinking
  • Quick thinking
  • Problem solving
  • Client Servicing
  • Good communication & presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills


4. Personality/ Attitude: Open-minded, well-organized, and detail-oriented


5. Education: College/ University Degree
