Job description & requirements

SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Executive to join our growing team. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the account management team and ensuring the successful execution of digital marketing campaigns for our clients. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, coordinating internal resources, and delivering exceptional service. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in digital marketing and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.   


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social content, social media, social outreach, display advertising, production,...).

Take responsibility from project briefing to planning and presenting to clients

Work closely with internal teams to execute the digital marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met

Work with vendors, suppliers, production house, KOLs… to run & manage execution plan  

Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.

Prepare and deliver client-facing reports, presentations, and proposals.

Proactively address client inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely and effective communication.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Contribute to the development of a positive and collaborative team environment.


REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

A minimum of 1 years of working experience in a similar position in the digital industry is a must.

Strong interest in digital marketing and a desire to learn and grow in the field.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
