ClickMedia is seeking for ACCOUNT DIRECTOR who will provide a high level of day-to-day client facing service to our clients.


Location: L9, Opal Tower, 90 Nguyễn Hữu Cảnh, Binh Thanh District, HCMC, Vietnam


Type of employment: Permanent


Report to: Group Account Director


Role Summary

• Identify accounts that represent significant growth opportunity and develop and execute strategies to touch base and/ or strengthen these relationships.

• Develop key accounts recruitment and retention strategies. 

• Establish and ensure the adoption of best practices regarding business development approaches across team members. 

• Maintain a strong knowledge of digital’s bests practices and platforms, digital trends and competitive landscape.

• Develop and review quarterly KPIs projection/forecast, ensure KPIs delivery, and manage P&L of self-cluster. 

• Strategize partnership with relevant digital solutions providers. 

• Contribute to internal branding activities including but not limited to writing award submissions, publishing digital-related papers, being guest speakers at digital events… 

• Participate to the company’s innovation strategy and implementation from researching market for insights, building relevant stakeholders for solution delivery, explore business opportunities for running and optimizing solution…


WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Develop and customize solution package based on client’s dynamics of need. 

• Stay in the know of digital trends and design digital strategy that reflects digital evolution and effectively addresses clients’ business needs.

• Refine integrated digital strategy for clients. 

• Face and negotiate with client’s procurement/ purchasing departments. 

• Supervise and optimize overall performance of whole team and ensure both quality of 

• works and timeline commitment. 

• Ensure business KPIs delivery. 

• Build and strengthen team members’ commitment by coaching/ mentoring, and well-defined career path. 

• Provide guidelines for direct reports’ SMART goal setting and facilitate their SMART goal achievement. 

• Contribute to company activities, ensure compliance with operation rules, optimize team structure and working process to deliver the best team performance


WHAT YOU NEED

• An authentic digital expert who lives and breathes digital. 

• At least 6+ years of experience in Digital and Social marketing, and at least 1 year in similar position.

• Experienced in developing and leading integrated digital marketing strategy with proven records of campaign performance and client satisfaction. 

• Have proven records of both new accounts/ new business winning. 

• Exceptionally good interpersonal skills, self-challenging, strategic thinking and business mindset. 

• Excellent troubleshooting skills; ability to effectively manage and resolve conflicts 

• Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel

• Highly fluent in professional and academic English.
