Partnerships management is responsible for exploring and implementing the company’s influencer/KOL/KOC-related scope of work across digital and social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Tiktok, Zalo, etc.). This role offers a total immersion into a busy influencer/KOL/KOC marketing landscape in a more performance-driven way.

Your scope of work:

• Assist in Identifying, exploring, and listing influencers/KOLs/ Communities in different categories (e.g. fashion & beauty, travel, finance, marriage & relationship, health, parenting, etc.)
• Assist in developing and maintaining partnerships and databases.
• Assist in briefing, developing, and supporting implementing activities working process with influencers and social partners to ensure output on time with expected quality:
• Ensure exact in posting schedule for selected channels; provide information & images, supervise video & photo sessions, feedback & browse content.
• Prepare the contracts with clear terms and conditions, and follow up with the payment process during and after the campaigns.
• Implement Influencer/KOL/Community-related projects.
• Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
