As the HR Manager at Circus Digital, you will play a critical role in shaping and implementing human resources strategies that align with our agency's goals, values, and culture. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR, from recruitment and talent management to employee relations and development. Your ability to foster a positive and inclusive work environment while ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations will be essential to our agency's success.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process, including crafting job descriptions, posting vacancies, conducting interviews, and selecting candidates who fit our agency's culture and skill requirements.
· Onboarding and Orientation: Develop and manage a comprehensive onboarding program to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the agency, understanding its values, policies, and work processes.
· Employee Relations: Proactively manage and resolve employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to foster a positive and productive work environment.
· Performance Management: Design and implement performance management systems, including setting objectives, conducting performance reviews, and providing coaching and feedback to employees.
· Learning and Development: Identify training needs, develop training programs, and collaborate with department heads to ensure continuous learning and skills development across the agency.
· HR Policies and Compliance: Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
· Benefits Administration: Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks, to attract and retain top talent.
· Employee Engagement: Plan and organize employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives to enhance morale and team cohesion.
· HR Metrics and Reporting: Compile and analyze HR data to identify trends, make informed decisions, and present insights to leadership.
· Conflict Resolution: Mediate and address conflicts and grievances among employees, maintaining a fair and respectful work environment.
· HR Technology: Stay updated on HR technology trends and implement tools to streamline HR processes, such as payroll, attendance, and performance management systems.
