Responsibilities:

•  Manage fan page (write articles, exchange and interact with the target audience of customers on daily social media channels, reply to fan page, etc)
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns on channels: Facebook, Google, Instagram, Zalo.
• Monitor and answer fan questions and feedback on social media channels
• Monitor, statistics, compare and measure the effectiveness of social media marketing activities through specific KPIs.
• Coordinating handling of communication crises for customers.
• Make periodic reports on the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Manage, support and navigate online events (contests, games...) for customers (experienced)
• Update & apply new knowledge and trends in social media marketing to improve work efficiency

Qualifications:

• From 1 - 3 years of experience. Worked at a digital agency is a plus.
•  Knowledge of online marketing channels
• Extensive Knowledge of Social Media Platforms, Web Proficiency
• Good analytical skills as well as communication skills (oral and written)
• Proactive, patient and be able to take challenge.
• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
• Be able to work under high pressure and meet deadline.
• Good at Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Excellent writing skills in both English and Vietnamese;
