Our agency is seeking a Senior Social Media Executive to support the Social Media Manager in managing our clients' social media accounts. The ideal candidate is a creative and detail-oriented individual who can plan and execute social media campaigns that drive engagement, awareness, and lead generation for our clients. The Senior Social Media Executive will work closely with the Social Media Manager to develop content, manage social media accounts, and report on campaign performance.


Your scope of work:

•      Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies for clients, aligning with their business objectives, target audiences, and brand voice.

•      Lead the management of social media accounts across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

•      Oversee content creation and curation, ensuring high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned content that drives audience engagement and growth.

•      Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activities, and incorporate insights into strategy development and campaign planning.

•      Analyze social media performance metrics, track KPIs, and provide regular reports and insights to clients, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.

•      Lead social media advertising campaigns, including strategy development, audience targeting, ad creation, and performance optimization.

•      Foster community growth and engagement through proactive interaction with followers, responding to comments and messages, and moderating discussions.

•      Collaborate with internal teams, including account managers, creative teams, and client services, to ensure social media efforts are integrated with overall marketing strategies.

•      Mentor and support junior team members, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities (1-2 team members)

•      Stay up-to-date with social media platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices, and share knowledge and insights with the team.


Qualifications:

•      Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field.

•      3-4+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing roles, with a proven track record of driving successful social media campaigns.

•      Demonstrated experience managing social media platforms for brands, with a strong understanding of platform best practices and algorithms.

•      Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.

•      Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content for various audiences.

•      Strong leadership abilities, with the ability to lead a team, manage client relationships, and drive results.

•      Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for staying ahead of social media trends and exploring new opportunities.

•      Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.

•      Enthusiasm for the communications industry and a desire to continuously learn and grow within the field.
